HDF250 is 200 to 250% more efficient than the standard DMEM 10% FBS fibroblast culture process.
HDF250 system uses DMEM 2 to 5% FBS with NO growth factors or hormones added.
HDF250 increases 2.5 folds fibroblast proliferation compared to standard DMEM 10% FBS fibroblast culture process.
HDF250 with 50% or less FBS provides 3 to 3.5 the number of fibroblasts obtained by the standard process.
